This was a conversion from an ordinary bedroom into a custom refrigerated room. Before proceeding with the remodel we have to ensure proper isolation by tearig down all the sheetrock from walls and ceiling, applying a closed-cell insulation foam and recover them wiht mold resistant gypsum board.
From the veneer stone and custom wine racks on the walls, to herring bone pattern brick on the floor and barreled ceiling there was not a single place overlooked and everything fell into place thanks to our carefull planning and dedicated management.
Our renders are a combination of CAD modeling for accuracy in the details with hand painted finish to add warmth and artistic feeling to the design
